4. Can the power of the Pellet One be regulated??
The Pellet One runs at full boiler power until the set boiler temperature
has been reached, then automatically switches to partial load mode. If the
boiler temperature drops below this threshold value, the Pellet One automatically
switches back to full power.
In partial load mode, the power can be decreased to around 35,000 BTU's.
Like any other wood boiler, the Pellet One reaches its optimal burning efficiency
in full load mode. Consistently running the boiler in full load mode
and connecting an insulated holding tank to the system to store the residual
heated water is recommended.

6. How warm is the outer surface of the boiler?
Except for the burner door, almost no heat escapes from the boiler surface
and is relatively cool and safe to touch.

7. Can the boiler be installed directly on the
floor?
The compact design, the storage tank and the low internal heat dissipation
in most cases will allow installing the unit directly on the floor, no pad
required.

8. What can I do to avoid creosote formation?
Rarely is the wood boiler the cause. Critical reasons fro creosote formation
include the quality and the size of the pellets burned. The use of only high-quality
wood pellets is recommended.
