Whether you burn Wood or Coal
Aqua-Therm Boilers will Deliver the Heat!
Switch now to Renewable, Alternative Energy sources!
High prices for conventional
fuels have more and more people switching to or supplementing their heating systems
with alternative fuel choices.

Top quality construction, reliability and high efficiency
make Aqua-Therm boilers your #1 choice for alternative fuel home and commercial heating
applications.
Safe and economical, all Aqua-Therm boilers are designed to provide
the heat you require and save you money over traditional heating systems.
Quick and
simple to install, all our boilers can be easily integrated into existing heating
systems. When properly sized Aqua-Therm boilers should burn
10-12 hours unattended.
Once loaded, just set the thermostat and the unit will provide the heat that is
needed.

Aqua-Therm Wood and Coal Fired Outdoor Boilers
Aqua-Therm offers wood and coal fired
boilers specifically designed to be placed outside the home. Aqua-Therm, Eco-One
and Coal-One boilers come in three different sizes and each gives you two options
when considering your new outdoor boiler, either non-sheltered or sheltered. A non-sheltered
boiler can be placed in your own separate building, typically a shop or woodshed.
When
purchasing a sheltered outdoor boiler from Aqua-Therm, you receive a boiler completely
enclosed in a solidly constructed, steel-framed weatherproof building. We plumb,
insulate, and wire the boiler to code. Just place the sheltered boiler where you
want it, connect your insulated water lines and power, and you are up and running.
Shelters are available in 20 different colors.
Sheltered or non-sheltered, with Aqua-Therm outdoor
boilers all fire, smoke, soot, ash and wood chips remain outside your home. A circulating
pump moves the hot water through insulated and buried tubing to the main building
where it connects to your thermostatically controlled hot water distribution system.
UL
listed units are also available.

Aqua-Therm Boiler Features
All Aqua-Therm boilers feature:
- CLOSED SYSTEM - It's filled, then sealed. There's no need to keep adding water. Aqua-Therm
boilers operate at the same pressure and temperature as any liquid propane or electric
boiler, normally 15 psi at 160 - 180 °F.
- Keeps air, which causes oxidation, out of the system. This eliminates problems with
rust in the water jacket. No additives are needed.
- The boiler can be directly hooked into other hot water heating systems.
- No problems with mineral build up.
- Integrate any of our complete line of electric back-up boilers for those times when
you're away, without the added expense of heat exchangers and complicated piping.
Ask any heating or plumbing professional why a closed system is the only way to
go !
- LESS WATER - Our boilers use less water than most other brands. Less water is more
efficient. Our boilers maintain t
he water at a constant temperature. Heat is taken
from the boiler when a thermostat in your building switches on. Heat recovery is
faster too. - SYSTEM DAMAGE SECURITY - With a lower water capacity, it is practical and affordable
to use Antifreeze in the system. This can help to protect the wood boiler and underground
lines in the event of a sustained power outage during cold conditions.
- FORCED AIR DRAFT - A forced air draft is used to bring combustion air into the fire.
In our Aqua-Therm Original boiler, the air comes in underneath the grates for a
more complete, uniform burn. The forced draft is superior to a natural draft because
the chimney height doesn't affect the burn. There is faster heat recovery, and the
fuel doesn't smolder as the boiler either burns hot or shuts down.
Our Eco-One boiler
features an additional front door mounted fan that blows air downward along the length
of the firebox, greatly reducing emissions. - LARGE DOOR AND STAINLESS STEEL FIREBOX - The extra large door makes loading easy.
Large logs don't have to be split as many times, reducing your workload. The high
capacity firebox will also handle long fuel lengths for longer burn times. For increased
boiler life our boilers feature a heavy duty all stainless steel firebox. This high
quality material is strong and corrosion resistant.
Our round firebox and oval door
design eliminates corner stress points and prevents cracking. Aqua-Therm and Eco-One models
275 and 345 have a 3/16" stainless steel firebox. The firebox thickness on model
145 is 1/8". The outer jacket on all models is 10 gauge steel. - INTEGRATED ASH AUGER - The front mounted full-length integrated ash auger makes cleaning
a breeze. No hazardous reaching in to clean out ashes. No waiting for the unit
to cool. Clean the ashes when you want.
To remove ashes, simply open the ash door,
insert the crank and turn. The handy auger will pull the ashes from the very end
of the firebox ready for their safe disposal.
