Aqua-Therm Eco-One Boiler Retrofit

Aqua-Therm Original  Boiler owners can now upgrade their units with the easy to install  Eco-One Retrofit. Available for all sizes.

The retrofit integrates an additional front door mounted forced draft fan and an internal draft distribution baffle.

The  Eco-One Baffle  improves combustion by redistributing combustion air over the fire while holding exhaust gases in the combustion chamber longer, increasing efficiency and reducing visible emissions.

The  Eco-One Retrofit  Kit includes Front Door and Gasket, Fan and Shutter Assembly, Wiring Harness, Interior Eco-One Upper Baffle, and a Chimney Adapter.  Sheltered versions include a new door.

1. Electric Boiler Units  - for new construction or retrofit installations.

2. Dual Energy Units  - for applications where the system alternates between electric heat and oil, natural gas or propane.

Pex-Al-Pex™ Infloor Tubing and Fittings

The heart of our Infloor Radiant Heating System is our proprietary Pex-Al-Pex™ tubing by Comfort Heat Systems. Pex-Al-Pex™ is a cross-linked polyethylene (PEX) tubing with an aluminum oxygen barrier.  This unique three-layer composite pipe combines the advantages of plastic with the durability of metal.

Outdoor Insulated Hydronic Pipe

Flexsul-Seal™ Insulated Piping System

Outdoor Wood Boilers can only operate at peak performance when used with a quality insulated piping system. A poor quality insulated system will require substantially more wood and also reduce the amount of heat delivered to heat your home.

Flexsul-Seal™ is an elastomeric thermal insulation used to retard heat loss in hot water plumbing and dual hot waterline systems. The Flexsul-Seal system is designed to trap dead air, within an expanded closed cell structure, thus increasing its total R-Value and reducing Heat loss in cold underground burial. Thermal performance is achieved by sealing the 2 5/8” centered air space, in effect reducing the flow of air and increasing the total R-Value of 6 by an additional factor of 5-9.
