Shipping Policy

Turnaround

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Out of stock items are shipped as soon as they become available

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Spee-Dee
  • Truck Freight

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is requested by you and is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some shippers may not supply tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. For online orders, before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your order if you decide to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Return Policy

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. All returned goods not covered under warranty will incur a 20% restocking fee.

  1. Please email info@aqua-therm.com to request a refund and we will assign you a Return Authorization Number.
  2. Mail or ship your returned item to:

  3. Always use a shipping method that allows for tracking your package and always insure your returned items against damage. Aqua-Therm, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged returned products.
  4. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a copy of your original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. The cost of return shipping is also the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange it for a different product. You will be subject to a restocking fee and you still will have to pay all shipping costs.
